• "Campaign" refers to fundraising initiatives created on the Help Me Through section.
• "Challenge" refers to fundraising challenges created on the Who Dares section.
• "Donation" refers to monetary contributions made through the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use a strong password (a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

4. Fundraising Campaigns and Challenges

Users who create campaigns or challenges are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The Platform reserves the right to remove or suspend any campaign or challenge that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Campaign and challenge creators must use funds raised for the stated purpose. Misuse of funds may result in account suspension and legal action.

5. Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable. The Platform charges a service fee on donations to cover operating costs. Users have the option to cover this fee on behalf of the campaign or challenge.

The Platform uses secure payment processors to handle transactions. However, we are not responsible for errors or failures in the donation process due to payment processor issues.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content.
• Attempt to access data not intended for you.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Platform.
• Create multiple accounts for deceptive or fraudulent purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dare to Accept and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dare to Accept, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
